1) Product Information Disclaimer

LAMOVIVA aims to provide accurate product information on our websites and related online platforms (the “Sites”). However, we do not guarantee that all content—including product descriptions, colours, pricing, promotions, availability, and other information—is always accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

LAMOVIVA reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel Orders where any information on the Sites is found to be inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after an Order has been placed).


2) What Can Be Returned / Refunded

Returns and refunds may be arranged only under the following circumstances:

Eligible cases (within 7 days of receiving your item):

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item is out of date

  • A Product you ordered and were invoiced for is missing

  • You received the wrong Product

In eligible cases, LAMOVIVA will, at its discretion:

  • replace the Product; or

  • refund the value of the affected Product.

If you receive an item you did not order:
Please contact us. LAMOVIVA will arrange to collect it from you.


3) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable:

  • Special clearance items

  • Promotional items

  • Products purchased during member-exclusive events


4) Return Conditions

All approved returns must be:

  • in original condition (unused, unaltered); and

  • returned with original packaging (where applicable).

If your Order included any free gifts and/or vouchers, they must be returned together with the returned Product.


5) Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to our designated warehouse.

  • All delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund amounts may be processed net of any applicable shipping fees incurred (where relevant).

  • All return/refund requests are subject to inspection. LAMOVIVA reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet this policy.


6) Exchanges

Exchanges are strictly limited to cases where the item received is:

  • damaged upon delivery; or

  • incorrect.

7) No Cancellations / No Changes After Confirmation

Once an Order has been confirmed, LAMOVIVA does not accept cancellations or modifications, including changes to size, colour, quantity, or shipping address. Please check your Order carefully before payment.


8) Returned-to-Sender / Unsuccessful Delivery

If an Order is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier, the Order will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • delivery charges are non-refundable; and

  • the refund amount may be processed net of any applicable shipping fees incurred.
    LAMOVIVA reserves the right to determine the final refund amount based on the condition of the returned item(s).


9) Refund Processing Time & Method

Refunds will be issued without interest and will be processed either:

  • to the same payment method used for the Order; or

  • as store credit,
    at LAMOVIVA’s sole discretion.

If you no longer have access to the original payment method, you will need to contact your bank or relevant agency to claim the funds after the refund is issued.

Please allow approximately 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).


How to Request a Return / Refund (Step-by-Step)

Step 1 — Email Us (within 7 days of delivery)
Send an email to service@lamoviva.com with the subject line:
Return/Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Step 2 — Include the Following Information
Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Your full name

  • Item name(s) / SKU

  • Reason for request (damaged / wrong item / missing item / out of date)

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue (and packaging)

  • If applicable: batch code / expiry date photo

  • Your preferred resolution: replacement or refund

Step 3 — Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our team will review your request and reply with the next steps, including return address (if return is required).

Step 4 — Return the Item (if requested)
Return the item in original condition and packaging, including any free gifts/vouchers.

Step 5 — Inspection & Outcome
Once received and inspected, we will proceed with:

  • replacement shipment; or

  • refund/store credit (per the policy).


Merchandise Warranties

LAMOVIVA does not warrant that Products will meet your needs or expectations if the Product has been misused, abused, worn through normal wear and tear, mishandled, used incorrectly, or used in deviation from printed instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, descriptions, representations, or advice regarding fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability, or otherwise are expressly excluded.

No representative of LAMOVIVA is authorised to make warranties or statements regarding Products, and LAMOVIVA shall not be bound by any unauthorised warranties or statements.
